Customer Testimonials

“Ed is a seasoned, versatile, and highly efficient IT Project Manager well versed in many technologies and able to pick up most any project, learn, run fast, and deliver with recognized results and top returns for management and his clients.  Ed is also very adept at working with vendors, getting to the point on techical evaluations, compressing technical assessments into key topics, and collapsing what's important for both sides of the table. Ed gets things done and doesn't mess around. He is equally capable with the financial justification phase, AFE writing, business documentation, complex international business arrangements, and business process analysis. I've worked with him for over 3 years and valued his vendor-client skils and respected his relationship management and professionalism. A great asset and team member for any organization” Duke Nelson, Director, Strategic Accounts & Public Sector at Axway "Reser's Fine Foods have used Ed as a facilitator for our management offsite meetings for the last three years. He has patiently helped us build customized plans and then led us through them expertly. This year we evaluated other consultants to get a baseline. We decided to once again use Ed because there was no comparison to the flexible, non-canned approach he uses to help our company improve." Mark Reser, Chief Operating Officer, Reser's Fine Foods. "We had decided to implement Microsoft Project and Project Server to guide our aircraft maintenance activities. Ed initially helped us better understand our processes and our needs. He then coached us through implementation of an improved project information capture system and use by the maintenance team. Ed helped us purchase ColumbiaSoft's Document Locator product which is used by our engineering and contracts departments for management of digital and hardcopy documents. Ed really understands how people and software interact and has a repertoire of facilitation approaches to help us quickly solve problems. He delivers on commitments and is respected by everyone here." Scott McClure, IS Director, Columbia Helicopters. "Ed and his team conducted an assessment of our product development processes. We subsequently implemented almost all of his recommendations for improvement. I can honestly say that our ability to hit schedule has improved significantly. Ed also designed and led a strategic planning offsite for our executive team and company thought leaders where we created a clear strategic intent and many of our strategic initiatives for the next several years." David Mills, IT Director, Transcore (DAT Services) "Ed taught us FMEA. Although it is not a regular part of our development process yet, we have done a few since he taught us (some full-blown, others more "mini"). I think the engineers who are doing them are comfortable with the process...Ed is a good facilitator and instructor." Roy Kravitz, Engineering Director, Radisys. "We had tried to make our life cycle work four times in the past, but our engineers, and the rest of the company, would not use it. Ed provided expert consulting and a software solution called eRoom to automate our product development process - helping us with installation, design, use, and administration. Besides all of our development teams, others in the company are starting to use eRoom for managing their own areas of responsibility." Eric Schild, Engineering Manager, Tyco-Precision Interconnect.
